Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Board of an alpine resort may by determination set aside any area of the alpine resort as an area where skiing, snowboarding or engaging in other snowplay activities is permitted.
(2) A person must not ski, snowboard or engage in snowplay activities in an alpine resort unless that person does so in an area set aside under subregulation (1) for that purpose.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
