Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If a person occupies or uses a recreation ground the person must not operate a model aircraft or a remotely piloted aircraft in that recreation ground.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
(2) In this regulation—
"model aircraft" has the same meaning as in the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 of the Commonwealth;
"remotely piloted aircraft" has the same meaning as RPA has in the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998 of the Commonwealth.
