Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The managing body by determination may set aside an area of a forest reserve or forest park as an area where the possession or consumption of liquor is prohibited.
(2) A person must not possess or consume liquor in an area set aside under subregulation (1).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
