Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The managing body by determination may set aside an area of a forest reserve or forest park as an area where swimming is prohibited.
(2) A person must not swim in an area of a forest reserve or forest park set aside under subregulation (1) as an area where swimming is prohibited.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
