ADMINISTRATION AND PROBATE AND OTHER ACTS AMENDMENT (SUCCESSION AND RELATED MATTERS) ACT 2017 (NO. 41 OF 2017) - SECT 18

    (1)     In section 66(1) of the Principal Act, for "aids or abets any person in" substitute "is involved in".

    (2)     At the foot of section 66(1) of the Principal Act, insert the following note—

" Note

See sections 323 to 324C of the Crimes Act 1958 in relation to complicity in the commission of offences.".
