Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) In section 111(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 for "A worker" substitute "Subject to sub-section (1A), a worker".
(2) After section 111(1) of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 insert —
"(1A) If a decision to reject a claim for weekly payments or to terminate weekly payments is set aside, a worker is not required to comply with sub-section (1) in respect of any period from the date that the decision took effect until the day on which the decision is set aside.".
