ACCIDENT COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005 (NO 28 OF 2005) - SECT 25

Before section 253 of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 insert —

        "252G.     Supreme Court—limitation of jurisdiction

It is the intention of section 175 as inserted by section 6 of the Accident Compensation (Amendment) Act 2005 to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975 .".
