Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) If the Panel thinks fit, the Panel may appoint a person or persons to assist the Panel in an inquiry in relation to any own motion recommendation or advisory opinion.
(2) A person appointed under subsection (1) is entitled to the remuneration (if any) determined from time to time by the Secretary.
