    (1)     In section 3(1) of the Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act 2005, in the definition of "custodial sentence" , in paragraph (b), for "section 93(1)(e)" substitute "section 93A".

    (2)     In section 3(1) of the Serious Sex Offenders Monitoring Act 2005 insert the following definition—

""interim extended supervision order" means an order made by a court on an application under section 25A or by the Court of Appeal under section 39A;".
