JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2015 (NO. 20 OF 2015) - SECT 51

In section 8 of the Family Violence Protection Amendment Act 2014 , in proposed section 56A(2) of the Family Violence Protection Act 2008 —

        (a)     for "() whether the affected" substitute
"(e) whether     the affected";

        (b)     for "() whether the giving" substitute
"(f) whether the     giving";

        (c)     for "() the existence" substitute "(g) the existence".
