JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (CONFISCATION AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 79 OF 2014) - SECT 51

After clause 15 of Schedule 6 to the Juries Act 2000 insert —

        "     16     Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014

The amendment made to section 38 by section 50 of the Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014 applies only in relation to a panel selected or allocated on or after the commencement of section 50 of that Act.".
