In the Table to section 22EJ(1) of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003 , after item 2 insert —

"2A

A person to whom the Secretary has delegated a power, duty or function under section 22AQ

If the person is employed in the Department of Justice and Community Safety under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 , that Department".
