JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (POLICE AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2024 (NO. 2 OF 2024) - SECT 6

Minister may direct Country Fire Authority to give an allocation statement

In section 105(1) of the Fire Rescue Victoria Act 1958 , for "a statement (an allocation statement )" substitute "an allocation statement".
