JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (DISCOVERY, DISCLOSURE AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2014 (NO. 25 OF 2014) - SECT 11

After section 16(1)(ad) of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 insert —

    "(ada)     discovery and disclosure;".
