JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (INTEGRITY, DEFAMATION AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2024 (NO. 31 OF 2024) - SECT 26

Schedule 3 amended

For item 8 in Schedule 3 to the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 substitute —

    "8     A person who is an authorised officer within the meaning of section 7 of the National Anti‑Corruption Commission Act 2022 of the Commonwealth.".
