JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 43 OF 2011) - SECT 31

Seizure of evidence of age document

    (1)     After section 127(1)(ab) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 insert —

    "(ac)     a protective services officer on duty at a designated place; or".

    (2)     In section 127(3) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 after "police force" (where first occurring) insert ", a protective services officer".

    (3)     In section 127(4) of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 after "police force" (where first occurring) insert ", a protective services officer".
