JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 43 OF 2011) - SECT 44

    (1)     In section 77(2)(ab) of the Road Safety Act 1986 omit "appointed under Part VIA of the Police Regulation Act 1958 ".

    (2)     After section 77(2)(ab) of the Road Safety Act 1986 insert —

    "(ac)     a protective services officer on duty at a designated place if the offence occurs at or in the vicinity of the designated place;".
