JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PROTECTIVE SERVICES OFFICERS) ACT 2011 (NO. 43 OF 2011) - SECT 48

Direction by police to move on

    (1)     In the heading to section 6 of the Summary Offences Act 1966 omit " by police ".

    (2)     In section 6(1) of the Summary Offences Act 1966 —

        (a)     after "police force" insert ", or a protective services officer on duty at a designated place,";

        (b)     after "the member" insert "or officer".
