JUDICIAL SALARIES ACT 2004 (NO 38 OF 2004) - SECT 10

    (1)     Sections 11(1)(a) and 11(1)(b) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 are repealed .

    (2)     In section 11(1)(c) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 , omit "or, if an Order under sub-section (2) is in force, the relevant Minister,".

    (3)     After section 11(1)(c)(iv) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 insert —

    "(iva)     library expenses;

        (ivb)     other allowances;".

    (4)     Section 11(2) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 is repealed .

    (5)     Section 11A(3) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 is repealed .

    (6)     In section 11A(5) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 , omit "or, if an Order under section 11(2) is in force, the relevant Minister,".

    (7)     In section 11A(7) of the Judicial Remuneration Tribunal Act 1995 , omit "or the relevant Minister (as the case requires)".
