TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) (FURTHER AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 30 OF 2006) - SECT 17

    (1)     In section 13W(9) of the Principal Act, after
"his or" insert "her".

    (2)     In the Note at the foot of section 13X(2)(f) of the Principal Act, for "13ZV" substitute "13ZU".
