FAMILY VIOLENCE PROTECTION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 36 OF 2018) - REG 1

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Family Violence Protection Regulations 2008, as a consequence of the enactment of the Family Violence Protection Amendment Act 2017 —

        (a)     to revoke redundant provisions; and

        (b)     to update the form certifying non-attendance at a counselling assessment interview.
