LIQUOR CONTROL REFORM REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 134 OF 2009) - REG 31

For the purposes of sections 33, 34 and 35 of the Act, the following variations are prescribed variations—

        (a)     a variation to reduce authorised trading hours;

        (b)     a variation to reduce the maximum capacity of a licensed premises.
