(1) The Minister is
appointed to be the Central Authority for the State of Western Australia for
the purpose of Article 6.2 of the Hague Convention.
(2) The Minister is to
advise the Commonwealth Central Authority that the Minister is the State
Central Authority and the address and functions of the State Central
Authority.
(3) As soon as
practicable after a change to the address or functions of the State Central
Authority, the Minister is to advise the Commonwealth Central Authority of the
change.
