ADOPTION ACT 1994 - SECT 134B

134B .         Functions of the State Central Authority

                The State Central Authority, in this State —

            (a)         has all the duties of a Central Authority under the Hague Convention; and

            (b)         may exercise all of the powers of a Central Authority under the Hague Convention.
