commencement day —
(a) a
notice was given to an incorporated association under section 34(1) of the
repealed Act; and
(b) the
period of 3 months mentioned in section 34(2) of the repealed Act has not
expired,
the incorporated
association may make a request to the Commissioner under section 34(2) of the
repealed Act, and the Commissioner may make an order under that section which
is to apply as if it had not been repealed.
