(1) There is hereby
established a body to be called the Agricultural Produce Commission.
(2) The Commission is
a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and is capable of
—
(a)
acquiring, holding, managing, leasing and disposing of real and personal
property; and
(b)
suing and being sued; and
(c)
doing and suffering all such acts and things as a corporation may lawfully do
and suffer.
(3) The Commission is
not an agent of the Crown in right of the State.
