AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE COMMISSION ACT 1988 - SECT 9

9 .         Commission may employ or engage persons

                The Commission may, with the approval of the Minister, employ or engage such persons as are necessary for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act.
