Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts When exercising a
power under Division 3, a person may use such force as is reasonably necessary
and with such assistance as the person considers necessary —
(a) to
exercise the power; and
(b) to
overcome any resistance to exercising the power that is offered, or that the
person exercising the power reasonably suspects will be offered, by any
person.
