PUBLIC NOTARIES ACT 1979 - SECT 18

18 .         Fees on appointment payable to Supreme Court

        (1)         Public Notaries on appointment as such shall pay to the master of the Supreme Court such fees as are prescribed.

        (2)         Fees paid under subsection (1) shall be used for the purposes of the Court library.
