(1) A driver who is
about to make a right turn from a one‑way carriageway (other than a
multi‑lane carriageway) at an intersection must approach and enter the
intersection so that the vehicle is parallel with, and as near as practicable
to, the right boundary of the carriageway.

(2) A driver making a
right turn at an intersection where the carriageway being entered is a
one‑way carriageway must make the turn so that, wherever practicable,
the vehicle passes to his or her right of the centre of the intersection.

(3) For the purposes
of subregulation (2), a vehicle is deemed to enter a carriageway at the
point where the front of the vehicle crosses the prolongation of the edge of
the carriageway it is leaving.
