(1) This regulation
does not apply to a driver if the driver is approaching or at an intersection,
children’s crossing, level crossing, or a place with twin alternating
red lights.
(2) A driver
approaching or at a place with a “give way” sign or give way line
must give way to any vehicle or pedestrian at or near the “give
way” sign or give way line.
