LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2006 (NO. 66 OF 2006) - SECT 2

2 .         Commencement

        (1)         Except as stated in subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on the day after the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

        (2)         Section 14 comes into operation on a day fixed by proclamation.
