LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 47 OF 2024) - SECT 128

128 .         Section 9.12 amended

        (1)         At the end of section 9.12(1) insert:

        Penalty for this subsection:

            (a)         a fine of $10 000;

            (b)         a daily penalty of a fine of $500 for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues.

        (2)         At the end of section 9.12(2) insert:

        Penalty for this subsection:

            (a)         a fine of $10 000;

            (b)         a daily penalty of a fine of $500 for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues.
