LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 47 OF 2024) - SECT 141

141 .         Section 9.68 amended

                At the end of section 9.68(4) insert:

        Penalty for this subsection:

            (a)         a fine of $5 000;

            (b)         a daily penalty of a fine of $500 for each day or part of a day during which the offence continues.
