LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 47 OF 2024) - SECT 15

15 .         Section 2.34 amended

                After section 2.34(2) insert:


        (3)         The CEO must notify the Departmental CEO if an office becomes vacant under this section.
