LOCAL GOVERNMENT AMENDMENT ACT 2024 (NO. 47 OF 2024) - SECT 83

83 .         Section 6.26 amended

                After section 6.26(2)(c) insert:

            (ca)         land in a district while it is owned by a regional subsidiary and is used for the purposes of that regional subsidiary other than for the purposes of a trading undertaking (as that term is defined in and for the purpose of section 3.70C) of the regional subsidiary; and
