(1) Any corporation
is, subject to this Part, eligible to be an incorporated legal practice.
(2) This section does
not authorise a corporation to provide legal services if the corporation is
prohibited from doing so under any Act or law (whether of this jurisdiction,
the Commonwealth or any other jurisdiction) under which it is incorporated or
its affairs are regulated.
(3) An incorporated
legal practice is not itself required to hold an
Australian practising certificate.
