(1) In this
section —
“matter” includes act, omission, body,
person or thing.
(2) The regulations
may declare any provision of this Act that relates to an incorporated legal
practice to be a Corporations legislation displacement provision for the
purposes of the Corporations Act section 5G.
(3) The regulations
may declare any matter relating to an incorporated legal practice that is
prohibited, required, authorised or permitted under this Act to be an excluded
matter for the purposes of the Corporations Act section 5F in
relation to —
(a) the
whole of the Corporations legislation; or
(b) a
specified provision of the Corporations legislation; or
(c) the
Corporations legislation other than a specified provision; or
(d) the
Corporations legislation other than to a specified extent.
