Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A law practice
must not, otherwise than as permitted by subsection (2), mix trust money
with other money.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
(2) A law practice is
permitted to mix trust money with other money to the extent only that is
authorised by the Board and in accordance with any conditions imposed by the
Board in relation to the authorisation.
