(1) If the Trust
wholly or partly allows a claim, the Trust must order payment of the
claimant’s reasonable legal costs involved in making and proving the
claim, unless the Trust considers that special circumstances exist warranting
a reduction in the amount of costs or warranting a determination that no
amount should be paid for costs.
(2) If the Trust
wholly disallows a claim, the Trust may order payment of the whole or part of
the claimant’s reasonable legal costs involved in making and attempting
to prove the claim, where the Trust considers it is appropriate to make the
order.
(3) The costs are
payable from the Guarantee Fund.
