(1) The chairperson of
the Trust must —
(a)
convene such meetings of the Trust as the chairperson considers necessary for
the efficient conduct of its business; and
(b) on
the written request of a trustee, convene a meeting of the Trust.
(2) A meeting of the
Trust is duly constituted by the attendance of 3 trustees but, in the
event of a vacancy in the office of trustee, a meeting is duly constituted by
the attendance of 2 trustees.
(3) The chairperson is
to preside at all meetings of the Trust at which the chairperson is present.
(4) If the chairperson
is absent from a meeting of the Trust, the deputy of the chairperson is to
preside.
(5) Subject to this
Division, the Trust may determine its own procedures.
