Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) A local legal
practitioner must not contravene a condition that was imposed on the admission
of a person to the legal profession under a corresponding law (with any
variations of the condition made from time to time) and that is still in
force.
(2) A person
contravening a condition referred to in subsection (1) is taken to
contravene a condition of the person’s local practising certificate.
