may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for the review of a decision to
appoint an external intervener for a law practice —
(a) the
practice;
(b) an
associate of the practice;
(c) any
person authorised to operate a trust account of the practice;
(d) any
other person whose interests may be adversely affected by the appointment.
