LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2008 (NO. 21 OF 2008) - SECT 531

531 .         Obstruction or misleading of investigator

        (1)         In this section —

        “obstruct” includes hinder, delay, resist or attempt to obstruct.

        (2)         A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct or mislead an investigator exercising a power under this Act.

        Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
