Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The money received
by the Board under this Act must be applied by the Board for the purposes of
this Act, which include —
(a)
providing services and facilities for the purposes of section 557(5);
(b) the
administration and enforcement of the regulations, the admission rules and the
legal profession rules; and
(c) the
provision and maintenance of the Law Library at the Supreme Court.
(2) The books,
furniture, pictures and all other things in or used in, or acquired after the
commencement of this section for the purposes of, the Law Library at the
Supreme Court are vested in and are the property of the Board.
