Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) On the
commencement day, a person admitted to legal practice in this jurisdiction
becomes a local lawyer as if the person had been admitted to the
legal profession under this Act.
(2) Despite anything
to the contrary in subsection (1), the day of admission of a person
referred to in that subsection is the day the person was admitted to legal
practice in this jurisdiction.
