Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) An incorporated
legal practice that was, immediately before the commencement day, an
incorporated legal practice under the 2003 Act is taken to have complied with
section 102 .
(2) An order made
under section 69 of the 2003 Act in force immediately before the
commencement day continues in force on and after that day according to its
terms as if it were an order under section 119 .
(3) An order made
under section 70 of the 2003 Act in force immediately before the
commencement day continues in force on and after that day according to its
terms as if it were an order under section 120 .
