Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), a person who was a Legal Practice Board member under the
2003 Act immediately before the commencement day continues on and after that
day to be a Legal Practice Board member under this Act.
(2) A Queen’s
Counsel or Senior Counsel who has not nominated himself or herself under
section 536(1)(c) as a Board member within the period of 6 months
after commencement day ceases to be a Board member at the end of that period.
