Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) The amendments in
this section are to the Agricultural Practices (Disputes) Act 1995 .
(2) Section 3 is
amended by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical position —
“
“legal practitioner” means an Australian
legal practitioner within the meaning of that term in the Legal Profession
Act 2008 section 3;
”.
(3)
Section 25(2)(e) is amended by deleting “legal costs determination
(as defined in the Legal Practice Act 2003 )” and inserting
instead —
“
costs determination (as defined in the Legal Profession
Act 2008 section 252)
”.
(4) Schedule 1
clause 8(2) is amended by deleting “a certificated legal
practitioner (within the meaning of the Legal Practice Act 2003 )”
and inserting instead —
“ a legal practitioner ”.
