Western Australian Numbered Acts Western Australian Numbered Acts (1) This section
applies if the Board decides under section 63 to refuse to grant or renew
a local practising certificate to a person or to cancel a person’s local
practising certificate.
(2) The Board may also
decide that the person is not entitled to apply for the grant of a local
practising certificate for a specified period not exceeding 5 years.
(3) If the Board makes
a decision under subsection (2), the Board must include the decision in
the information notice required under section 63(3).
(4) A person in
respect of whom a decision has been made under this section, or under a
provision of a corresponding law, is not entitled to apply for the grant of a
local practising certificate during the period specified in the decision.
